- Pipe channel net with cable shafts; underground cable lines 20 kV and power cables LV for all factory's installations; 
- Concrete transformer substation with total power 2 x 1250 kVA (MV switch gear 20kV; transformers 1250 kVA 20/0.4kV; Main distribution board; Power factor correction 135kVAr);
- Area and facade lighting;
- Internal power and lighting systems;
- Substation foundation and underground cable lines 20kV; 

Delivery and installation of 25 distribution boards LV  for administration, production and landing and 12 power busbars 250А for production area.

Main contractor: Energoremont Holding JSC

- Main distribution board LV (MDB) with 2 sections; 

- Dry power transformers 1250 кVA, 6/0.4 кV – 2 units; 

- Power busbars connectiong the MDB – 2 units; 

- Automatic capacitor battery 1000 kVAr (4 х250 kVAr), with communication under protocol IEC61850 - set for substation 1 - 6kV; 

- Commisioning and start up with 72 hours tests of the electrical equipment for substation "Chemical base" - 0.4 kV and capacitor batteries set for substation 1 - 6kV.
